Research Abstract |
We investigated uncomfortable ness of old house and difficulty of securing parking space in Takehara Preservation Area. Kitchen, bathroom, and toilet was not bad by reform, but structure was not good. Neck of securing parking space was lack of space, cost, regulation. We investigated property in Takehara preservation area next. Succession decreased and sale which is not good for preservation increased. We compared residents consciousness of Japan and the UK last. Residents of Bournville live positively but residents of Takehara live passively. They evaluate not only Preservation Area but comfort of their houses.
