The primary sphere is consisted of hospitals, clinics, nurse schools, and so on. The secondary sphere consisted of care services and welfare works, provision of hospital meals and linens, and so on. The tertiary sphere is consisted of provision of food materials, direct sale group of womern and organic farming group. As to material cycle, more research is needed except the compost center which changes household kitchen waste into manure. From the viewpoint of social relationships, a variety of cultural activities and direct sale of agricultural products near the entrance of hospital contribute to deepening the development of 'Agro-Medico-Polis'.
