Research Abstract |
I referred to emergency trauma care guideline of JATEC (Japan Advanced Trauma Evaluation &. Care) which referred to Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and a document of European trauma education / basic life support and advanced life support (BLS,ALS.) guideline of American heart association(AHA) / Japanese emergency medical care of a new doctor clinical training system as a model plan post graduation in emergency medical care and did it with basic range and standard of emergency medicine. For the doctor who worked to emergency medical institution as a model plan of post graduate education, I did the technical training about emergency medical care and made essential point with a purpose to plan improvement of the doctor whom was engaged in emergency medicine and, actually, executed a training curriculum between 1 time a year .10 days. ke a model plan with the education software that used a digital image, I made making and an education digital video of a manual of tracheal intuvation / insertion of central venous/ chest dranage which was emergency manual skill. In addition, I turned the case that I made emergency patient with a model into a digital image and did a case study. With a purpose to practice the model plan that used a digital image tentatively, I made a skill station of emergency manual skill and educated a simulation by high imitation patient doll / tracheal intuvation doll / central venous doll. In a purpose to make clear whether clinical training medicine is effective in skill of emergency medicine and technical acquirement, I do a written examination as knowledge evaluation in training pre and post of emergency medical care. I made an evaluation seat as manual skill evaluation, and a mark changed into it by skill evaluation.
