Research Abstract |
Since late of 1990 the new trend of information society in Japan, many of schoolteacher would like to improve skill and ability for adapting to the changing world. The research project targeted for this point of view. The project has been research and implement of the model-training program at several places in Japan and also some of in the Asia region. As the result of the research, the Display Type Portfolio is the most suitable for the purpose which simple and most highly utilize together with action oriented workshop training program. This training system were adapting to the promotion of teacher 's information organization skill and ability of evaluation.
