Research Abstract

前年に引き続いて、ルテニウム錯体cis-[Ru(bpy)_2Cl_2]を多核錯体の素単位に用い、アミノエタンチオレート(aet)をもつNi錯体[Ni(aet)_2]との反応により、新規錯体合成に成功した。また、その諸性質を前年度に合成した3種の錯体と比較した。
1)cis-[Ru(bpy)_2Cl_2]の塩化物イオンをAg^+で引き抜いた後、[Ni(aet)_2]とモル比Ru:Ni=1:2の比で反応をおこなった。すると、Ru部位に[Ni(aet)_2]がキレート配位したRu-S-Ni-Sの4員環をもつ環状型錯体[Ru(bpy)_2{Ni(aet)_2}]^<2+>(1)が生成することをX線結晶構造解析および^1H,^<13>C NMRにより特定した。このことにより、[Ni(aet)_2]を加える比を変えるだけで、1とRu-S-Ni-S-Ru-S-Ni-S八員環をもつ[{Ru(bpy)_2}_2{Ni(aet)_2}_2]^<4+>(2,前年度合成)を選択的につくり分けることができることを明らかとした。
2)錯体1、2の溶液中での安定性を^1H NMRで検討した。その結果、1、2ともにアセトン中では、数日間はその構造を安定に保っているが、アセトニトリル溶液中では、構造変換が起こることが判った。錯体2は、その構造変換の過程で一部が錯体1に変換することも見出した。前年度合成したRu-S-Pd-S-Pd-S六員環をもつ[Ru(bpy)_2{Pd_2(aet)_3}Cl]^<2+>(3)についてもアセトニトリル溶液中で安定性を調べた。3は、80℃まで溶液の温度を上げても、錯体の分解が認められず、高い安定性をもつことが判明した。
