| Research Abstract |
今年度は大阪大学より分与をうけたケラチン5プロモーターに単純ヘルペスの糖蛋白gCの遺伝子を組み込んだプラスミッドの作成を行った。
ケラチン5プロモーターに単純ヘルペスの糖蛋白gCのDNA配列を正の方向に組み込みpolyA配列をその下流につけたプラスミッドを作成し、精製後、確認のためのシークエンスを行い逆方向に挿入された可能性について検討中であったが、米国留学のため研究施設である久留米大学医学部を離れた。
