Research Abstract

研究最終年度となる本年度は,マルチメディア通信において,相互干渉なく個々の時間制約を満たし,かつ自律的にメディア間同期を行う実行方式の確立を目的として,プロトコル・メディア処理のデータ駆動型実現法,ならびに,データ駆動型実時間実行システムの直接生成手法について,以下の成果を得た.
(プロトコル・メデイア処理のデータ駆動型実現法)
分散オブジェクト環境CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)におけるプロトコル処理,および,動画像・音声圧縮処理のデータ駆動型実現法を通じて,ボトルネックのない実時間多重処理を目的としたデータ駆動プロセッサアーキテクチャの検討を進め,プロトコル・メディア処理に本質的に内在する時間依存性のある逐次処理部の実行方式を明らかにした.

研究代表者らがこれまでに開発してきた,スーパーインテグレーションによるデータ駆動プロセッサシステムの開発支援環境を拡張し,要求仕様である時間制約・スループットの記述機能,ならびに,実行可能となった部分プログラムのクリティカルパスの明示機能,ターンアラウンドタイム・負荷のプロトタイピング機能を実現するとともに、先の方式上での実行可能プログラムの生成法を確立した.
