Outline of Annual Research Achievements

これまでの研究に引き続き，スイスの研究者と共同でLie群上の自由剛体の力学系について平衡点の安定性解析に集中的に取り組んだ．平成27年度は，U(n)の場合の(一般の随伴軌道上の)孤立平衡点についての安定性解析の結果(全て楕円型になる)に関する共著論文が出版された．
平成26年度までに，複素半単純Lie群の正規実形・コンパクト実形の場合に孤立平衡点がそれぞれすべて双曲型・楕円型になることが分かっていた．その後，C型複素単純Lie環の正規実形上の一般化された自由剛体の力学系とみなされるBloch-Iserles系について，全ての孤立平衡点は楕円型であるという結果が得られた．この一見矛盾する結果が得られた理由は，正規実形を定義するCartan部分環と一般化された慣性テンソルの定義に用いられたCartan部分環が異なることにある．したがって，同じ実半単純Lie環上でも自由剛体の力学系を定義するCartan部分環の取り方を変えることで平衡点の安定性の受ける影響を考察することが必要になった．より一般に，任意の実半単純Lieの場合の安定性解析も望まれていた．
平成27年度はこのような背景の下に，まず村上(1965年)による実単純Lie環の分類に基づき任意の実単純Lie環の固定されたCartan部分環に対して定義される一般化された自由剛体の力学系の平衡点について安定性を解析した．対合的内部自己同型に対応する実単純Lie環上では孤立平衡点は全て楕円型となる．対合的外部自己同型に対応する実単純Lie環上でも孤立平衡点の安定性を解析したが，結果は極めて複雑である．現在，一般のCartan部分環に対して安定性解析を行っており，結果がまとまればこれまでの結果と合わせて公表する予定である．
その他，現在進行中の研究課題についても今後研究を継続し成果を発表して行く予定である．
