「主観的な物忘れ」を介護予防につなげる：１農村地域でのヘルスケア・デザインの試み

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

1年目に引き続き、「主観的な物忘れ」の自覚があり、調査地保健師がフォローしていない高齢者の自宅へ訪問し、会話をしながら日常生活で困っていることを具体的に聞くとともに、物忘れの程度を、スケールを用いて評価した。調査地で毎年、65歳以上の自宅在住高齢者に配布している「健康問診票」に「主観的な物忘れ」の評価スケールを引き続き実施し,経年的な変化を評価した。さらに、同調査地で毎年実施している高齢者の生活機能評価健診のロジスティックを担当した。この健診によって得られた客観的な生活機能と、健康問診票で得た「主観的な物忘れ」との関連を検討した。昨年度からの経年的な変化を統計解析した。
また、これら研究活動で得られた情報をもとに、新規要介護認定者と基本チェックリストの各カテゴリーとの関連について検討した。これらの検証は、英語論文としてGeriatric and Gerontology International に投稿し、採択され、学位論文としても受理された。次に、調査地で実施している介護予防事業の効果を検討した。その結果、介護予防事業参加者の方が不参加者よりも高度な日常生活機能の維持、転倒リスクの軽減が可能なことが確認された。これらの効果を参加者と主催者に報告した。また、日本語論文を保健師ジャーナルに投稿し、採択された。学会発表では、新規要介護認定と生活機能との関連を縦断的に検討した。その結果、日常生活機能だけでなく、ＱＯＬも関連していることが確認できた。この結果は、今年6月の老年医学会学術集会で発表した。
