Outline of Annual Research Achievements

今年度は、ダイナミックな運動中に筋および腱の長さ変化動態を計測し、それらが反動効果とどのように関わっているのかを検証した。本研究では、反動効果の程度を、伸張性収縮を行ったあとに短縮性収縮を行った試行を基準試行とし、等尺性収縮を行ったあとに短縮性収縮を行う試行を比較対象として実施した。反動動作(伸張性収縮)を含んだ試行は、反動動作を含まない(等尺性収縮)試行と比較して大きな筋力発揮(反動効果)がみられた。それにも関わらず、腱の長さ変化には有意差がみられなかった。この結果は、反動効果の程度は、少なくとも腱の長さ変化 (腱に蓄積された弾性エネルギー) のみでは説明できないことが明らかとなった。その他の考えられる要因としては、予備緊張とresidual force enhancementが考えられる。residual force enhancementは筋を伸長させることで生じると考えられており、予備緊張は伸張性収縮でも等尺性収縮でも同様に生じるということを踏まえると、residual force enhancementが、本研究における筋力の差を説明する要因と考えられる。今後は、これらの要因をさらに詳細に突き詰めていくと同時に、トレーニングによる適応の有無も検証していく。
