Outline of Annual Research Achievements

昨年(~平成27年3月31日)の研究は、特に単層カーボンナノチューブにおけるコヒーレントGバンドフォノンの挙動に焦点を当てていました。Gバンドがナノチューブ表面上の振動に関連していながら、コヒーレントラジアルブリージングモード(RBM)のは、ナノチューブの直径に沿って格子振動と関連しています。

単層カーボンナノチューブの超高速分光法におけるコヒーレントフォノンの生成に励起子(エキストン)の効果を議論しました。エキストンは、空間的に局在し、エキストンとフォノンの相互作用の多くのフォノン波数ベクトルを含む実空間における空間的に分布した駆動力を生じさせることができる。ナノチューブの長さあたりの計算された振幅を平均することによって、我々は、時間依存のコヒーレントフォノン振幅を得る。振幅は、ポンププローブ実験で観察された均質な振動に似ている。それから、強度がコヒーレントフォノン発生による直径に依存するバンドギャップの振動から発生さ考慮してコヒーレントフォノンスペクトルを計算しました。

次に、Gバンドコヒーレントフォノンの生成メカニズムは、RBMとして異なっている。電子と光子の相互作用の変調がコヒーレントGバンドの強度に関連するべきであることを期待しています。また、特定のSWNT種における他のコヒーレントフォノンモードコヒーレントG-バンド強度を比較する必要がある。この作品は、 Physical Review B 91, 045406 (2015)に掲載されました。
