Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究では、検疫における新興・再興感染症の高精度の検出とその流行予防のため、迅速・高信頼性感染症スクリーニングシステムの構築を目的とする。平成２７年度は、多様な年齢層・国籍・性別・感染症などに対するデータ収集を目的とし、感染症が多発しているベトナムにおいて、データ収集を予定していた。しかし、研究代表者の就職により、本年度計画のうち半年での辞退となったため、当初予定していた研究計画の一部の実施を変更した。
具体的に、多様な年齢層・国籍・性別・感染症のデータを収集するため、外国からの渡航者も訪れる日本医科大学成田国際空港クリニックと共同研究を行い、感染症スクリーニングシステムの実地運用をした。多様な感染症に対し、システムの検出精度の評価を行った。
