Outline of Annual Research Achievements

平成27年度は、都市温暖化に対する緩和・適応策を両方の観点から総合的に評価するための評価フレームの再拡張と、本研究で開発する温熱環境予測システムの一部である人体生理量の予測モデルの適応可能性の検証を行った後、代表性の高い解析条件を検討した結果、新橋を対象として街区スケールの温熱環境の高精度予測を行い、その解析結果を基に壁面高反射化、壁面緑化、遮熱舗装、街路樹の4つの都市温暖化対策を行うことによる物内外の熱収支の変化と、評価フレームの各観点から4つの対策の効果の全体像を評価した。この結果、以下の4点が明らかとなった。
1) 壁面高反射化は日射吸収量を抑え表面温度を低下させ、壁体からの顕熱流出量・室内への貫流熱量が減少し、地球温暖化緩和・ヒートアイランド現象緩和には効果があるが、人体側方への日射入射量を増加させ、都市温暖化への適応の観点からは悪影響を与える。
2) 壁面緑化は潜熱放散により表面温度を低下させ、壁体からの顕熱流出量・室内への貫流熱量が減少し、地球温暖化緩和・ヒートアイランド現象緩和には効果があるが、湿度上昇により特に熱中症リスクを増加させる。
3) 遮熱舗装は地面の日射吸収を抑え表面温度を低下させ顕熱流出量が減少し、ヒートアイランド現象緩和に効果があるが、人体と建物への日射入射量を増加させ、地球温暖化緩和、都市温暖化への適応の観点からはやや悪影響を与える。
4) 街路樹は緑陰を形成し都市表面温度を低下させ、都市表面からの顕熱流出量・室内への貫流熱量・人体へ入射する日射量が減少し、3つの観点から効果が高い。
