Outline of Annual Research Achievements

私が初年度に開発した軟ガンマ線検出器 (SGD) のイベント再構成アルゴリズムをASTRO-H 衛星基本データ処理ツールとして配布する準備を、前年度から引き続き行った。基本データ処理ソフトウェアは近日中に配布が開始される。また、前述のアルゴリズムを用いて、SGD の狭視野半導体多層コンプトンカメラのコンセプトを世界で初めて実証した結果についての論文 'The first demonstration of the concept of "narrow-FOV Si/CdTe semiconductor Compton camera”' を投稿し、受理、出版された。
ASTRO-H 衛星の打ち上げは予定より遅れたものの、年度中に無事行われた。打ち上げ後は初期運用チームのメンバーとして、衛星運用インフラの構築、各搭載観測装置の立ち上げ運用のコマンド作成、SGD の立ち上げ運用時の衛星運用オペレーション等を行った。SGD 立ち上げ直後の初期観測データは、現在解析中である。ASTRO-H衛星の通信途絶の問題の後は、復旧運用に精力的に携わっている。
銀河団のデータ解析の情報収集のため、2015年6月28日から2015年7月12日の2週間にわたり、英国の Cambridge 大学の Institute of Astronomy に滞在した。情報収集の結果着想を得、論文を執筆中である。前年度からは銀河団の研究も引き続き行っており、共著論文を出版した。
また、ガンマ線検出器開発者という観点から理論研究者と共同研究し、共著論文を出版した。
