Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度は、単細胞レベルの無代謝休眠機構の研究から、ネムリユスリカ培養細胞を用いた多細胞レベルの無代謝休眠研究へのステップアップ行うため、ネムリユスリカ培養細胞を用いた様々な実験系の立ち上げを行った。その結果、比較的発現効率の良い恒常性発現ベクターの構築や、遺伝子サイレンシングの系を立ち上げることに成功した。
