Research Abstract

今年度は、昨年度までに得られた成果を利用し、以下のようにアプローチした。
i)PEG化磁性ラテックスの効率的製造法の確立:親-疎水ブロック共重合体としてアセタール-PEG/ポリ乳酸-メタクリロイル存在下での磁性ラテックス調製法を試み、高性能磁性ラテックスの製造法を確立する。
ii)PDMS表面処理法の開発:これまでガラス表面の表面処理法を確立してきたので、現在様々な分野で用いられ始めたPDMS表面処理法の検討を行い、非特異吸着を極めて抑制したバイオインターフェースの確立に成功した。
iii)表面のナノ粒子処理法の開発:PEG鎖を有するナノ粒子を調製し、表面処理剤としての検討を行った。
iv)チップ流路による集積化アフィニティクロマト構築の予備試験として百μm程度のガラスパターン流路への表面処理を行い(長崎)、タンパク吸着特性、細胞分離特性に関して検討を行った(分担者:大塚)。
i)これらの研究によりアフィニティークロマトチップを完成させ、混合タンパク質の分離にも成功した。
