1.Rough enquiry about community currency
From retrieval and fact finding of the homepage which existing research findings and an existing community currency bureau have opened, 141 associations have checked as a measure of the community currency of Japan. But, a thing with the measure exceeding 200 in practice is conjectured. If it classifies on the basis of a measure of value about such community currency, time occupies 45%, as for a legal tender occupies 22%, combined use of time and a legal tender occupies 21%, and others occupy 11%. Moreover, if the kind of community currency is seen, a bill and a chip occupy 46% and the passbook occupies 21%.
2.Case Study
It investigated, by catching to the association delegate who is trading in agricultural commodities, and the farmhouse concerned by community currency. since full value of that there is no help of farm work by a consumer, and community currency tends to pile up in a farmhouse when there are few commutation menus, and (2) commodity prices was not able to be disbursed by community currency, it turned out that there is demerit of the consumer side being hard to use community currency.
3.Theoretical and empirical research about community currency and agricultural products distribution
In the agricultural products dealings using community currency, it is a prerequisite condition to trust the member of a community and it is unrelated to traceability. Moreover, as for the community currency which limited the area, it turned out that the circulation in an area of goods and service is activated, and it has the function which can reevaluate the merit which is not evaluated in a market place, and agrees for the purpose of Local Food Supply and Consumption.
However, the reaction community currency affects individual farm management was restrictive, and there were many cases which are tackling as a symbol as measures for aiming at the friendship and the exchange between community constituents and local activation. Less
