Research Abstract |
The aim of this study is to inspect Green Tourism role in rural spatial management and order these conditions. The results are as follows : i)By the interview survey, in a case study of OKUMEIJI settlement, YABU town, HYOGO prefecture, the connection between green tourism and rural spatial management are evaluated in the viewpoint of common spaces, private spaces, resident' participation to green tourism. Then we analyze the sustainability of village movement in the viewpoint of conflict between classifications of residents through the history of village movement. ii)Using the result i),we make green tourism plan connoting rural spatial management system for OOJIMASAN settlement TAIKAMORI town NAGANO prefecture. iii)By the survey of the questionnaires to local governments the green tourism potentiality for farmland and common space conservation can be pointed out. iv)By the interview survey to professors in United Kingdom, we order the notion of 'rural development' and 'countryside management'. In U.K., the role of government and local government is limited to assist village movement. The characteristics of rural encouragement policy in UK is integration among planning act agricultural policy, environmental policy, tourism policy, and residential participation and partnerships. v)The potentiality of green touiism for rural spatiaj management can be pointed out, But there is a few cases in which, a certain connection between rural spatial management and green tourism can be observed, in Japan.
