| Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to develop mathematical modelling teaching materials that connect real world phenomenon with mathematics and evaluate them, and also to construct a database to provide information of teaching materials available on the Internet. In this study, we investigated the following :
(1) Researched documents of recent study trends of mathematical modelling teaching materials that use technology in Japan and summarized the information to construct the database.
(2) Surveyed all reports about the sectional meetings that discussed mathematical modelling and applications from the proceedings of all ICMEs.
(3) Constructed a prototype of the database based on information of class content and its evaluation of the mathematical modelling that was carried out at Kanazawa Technical College.
