Research Abstract

Cp'_4Fe_4(CO)_4(Cp'=C_5H_4Me)とLiAlH_4との反応により生成するアセチレンクラスターCP'_4Fe_4(HCCH)_2(1)は、一酸化炭素と水素の混合ガスから炭化水素化合物を合成するFischer-Tropsch反応における中間体のモデル化合物と考えられ、その反応性、特にアセチレンフラグメントの性質については興味が持たれる。本年度は昨年度に引き続き実験を行ない、Cp'_4Fe_4(HCCH)_2と臭素化剤であるNBSとの反応により、アセチレン水素の段階的臭素化に成功し、[Cp'_4Fe_4(HCCH)(HCCBr)]^+(1-Br)、[Cp'_4Fe_4(HCCBr)]+(1-Br_2)、[Cp'_4Fe_4(BrCCBr)(HCCBr)](1-Br_3)および[Cp'_4Fe_4(BrCCBr)_2]^+(1-Br_4)の選択的かつ高収率合成に成功した。クラスター1-Br_4については単結晶X線構造解析により、その構造を明らかにした。1-Brにおけるアセチレン上のブロモ基はピリジンにより容易に置換され、ピリジニウム置換のアセチレンクラスター[Cp'_4Fe_4(BrCCBr)(HCC・Py)]^<2+>がほぼ定量的に得られた。今後は遷移金属クラスター上で、末端アルキンの水素のブロモ化により、ブロモアルキンを反応中間体として発生させ、アルキン類の化学修飾反応へと応用していきたい。
