Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究の主目的は、農地特に畑土壌からの農薬の降雨流出とそれに伴う土壌残留の評価システムを構築し、畑土壌での農薬動態の予測・評価のためのツールおよび手法を開発することである。今年度は,前年度開発した装置を使用し,供試農薬殺虫剤のイミダクロプリド,クロチアニジン,フィプロニルとして、以下の試験およびモデル解析を行った。
1. 圃場および室内試験による農薬の畑地からの降雨流出と農薬動態モニタリング:小型移動式降雨流出試験装置および圃場スケール移動式降雨流出試験装の2種類を用い,供試農薬3薬剤の流出水および流出土壌由来の流出,農薬流出後の土壌中農薬残留をモニタリング調査した。一連の実験では,共通して3供試農薬のうち土壌吸着性が高く移動性が低いとされる殺虫剤(フィプロニル)が降雨流出による移動が最も顕著であるという結果を導きだし,農薬動態モニタリングにおける小型および圃場スケールの降雨流出装置の有用性が示唆された。
2. 農薬の土壌中での挙動および土壌残留評価のための室内試験: 3供試農薬の畑土壌中分解試験を行い,土壌温度そして土壌水分と農薬分解の関係を明らかにした。土壌水分が多く,土壌温度が高いほど農薬分解速度が速い結果となった。また供試農薬の土壌吸着試験を行い,土壌吸着係数の定量を行った。
3. 農薬動態評価モデルの構築・検証・評価:開発された農薬動態予測モデルSPECを用い,本研究の実験結果により得られた土壌分解速度定数や土壌吸着係数を入力値とした,供試3農薬の動態シミュレーションを行った。開発したSPECモデルは,農薬動態解析に有用なツールであることが示唆された。
本研究の成果の一部および共同研究の成果を国際誌の査読付き論文に6報,国際シンポジウム会議にて5報,国内学会にて5報,報告した。
