Outline of Annual Research Achievements

今年度も引き続き含リン芳香族化合物の直接カップリングによる新規変換反応の開発を試みた。ベンゾホスホール類は、そのユニークな性質から近年注目を集めている化合物群であるが従来の合成法は問題点があった。(Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2013, 52, 12975.)そこで今回私は昨年度見出したジベンゾホスホール合成(ACS. Catal. 2015, 5, 6634.)の知見を元にアリールチオホスフィンアミドの直接アルケニル化と環化を組み合わせた位置選択的ベンゾホスホール合成を検討した。その結果、効率よくベンゾホスホールが合成できることがわかった。本手法は以前の反応に比べ反応ステップ数は増えたが、中間体は単離精製する必要はなくセミワンポットで変換を進めることができた。研究結果は米国化学会の速報誌に掲載された (Org. Lett. 2016, 18, 5439.)。
求電子的ホスフィン化を用いた分子間カップリング反応はこれまで知られている限りハロゲン化ホスフィンと化学量論量の金属ルイス酸を用いるものしかなく、実用的な合成反応としてはあまり利用されてこなかった。そこで、より環境にやさしい金属を用いないメタルフリーカップリングを行える系を模索した。その結果、第二級ホスフィンオキシドをトリフルオロメタンスルホン酸無水物で処理すると効果的に求電子的ホスフィン化剤を効果的に系中発生させることができ、求核部位を有するアルキンと反応させることにより求電子的ホスフィン化/環化反応を行えることを見出した。本手法により種々のアルケニルホスフィンやアリールホスフィン、ヘテロアリールホスフィン類を効率よく簡便に合成することができた。本結果は現在学術論文として投稿・審査中である。
