Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は, 低炭素マルテンサイト鋼における水素脆性の変形条件依存性を明らかにすることを目的に, 2014年度は主にひずみ速度を, 2015年度には主に変形温度を変えた単軸引張試験を用いて水素脆性破壊挙動を調べた.引張変形中に水素が旧オーステナイト粒界へ優先的に集積することによって水素脆性破壊を引き起こしていることを明らかにし, また, 水素脆性破壊挙動は変形条件に大きく依存することを明らかにした.2016年度は, 引張変形中の水素集積機構の解明を目的とし, 運動転位による水素輸送効果に着目して, 種々の初期転位密度を有するラスマルテンサイト鋼における引張変形中の水素集積挙動を調査した. 得られた結果のうち特質すべき研究結果は, 弾性変形領域では, 初期転位密度の上昇に伴って旧オーステナイト粒界への水素集積が促進されるが, 塑性域まで変形させると, 水素集積の初期転位密度依存性が認められなくなることを明らかにした点である. この結果から, 水素脆性破壊のひずみ速度・変形温度依存性は, 転位運動による水素輸送効果の観点から説明できることを明らかにした.
一連の研究成果により博士学位を2017年3月に取得した. 2016年度には, 国内学会1件 (日本鉄鋼協会第172回秋季講演大会 (2016年9月)) および国際会議2件 (PRICM9 (2016年8月, 京都), 国際水素学会 (2016年, アメリカ)) の学術発表を行い, また現在までに, 研究成果を国際学術雑誌論文3編および国際会議論文3編として発表し, さらに2編の国際学術雑誌論文を投稿準備中である.
