| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
平成28年度は，本研究課題において前年度までに得られた結果に基づいて，DNA library screening実験におけるgrid-blockデザインと呼ばれる組合せ構造に関する研究を行った．特に，grid-blockデザインの構成法とその漸近存在性について数論的立場から研究を行い，研究成果を国際誌に投稿した．本研究成果は，現在，査読中である．また，grid-blockデザインの概念をさらに発展し，grid-block被覆デザインという組合せ構造を考え，2 × c grid-block の数が最小となる最適かつ分解可能な grid-block 被覆デザインの組合せ論的特徴付けを行い，再帰的構成法を与え，分解可能な最適 2 × 3 grid-block 被覆デザインの存在性に関する必要十分条件を与えた．本研究成果は論文として国際誌Utilitas Mathematicaに採択された．そして，有限体上の乗法指標和に関するWeilの定理の帰結であるBuratti-Pasottiの定理を改良できて，その有限体上で構成するgrid-blockデザイン・差集合族などの組合せデザインの存在性限界の改良効果も示した．本研究成果は，国際誌Graph and Combinatoricsに公表された．
