Protein Structural Model database "FAMSBASE" was constructed using homology modeling program "FAMS". And homology search results web site "GTOP" was constructed. It is were available via http://www.pharm.kitasato-u.ac.jp/fams/ http://spock.genes.nig.ac.jp/~genome/
