Research Abstract

全国調査によって市民の弁護士の使用に関する広範なデータが収集された。これまでのデータ分析の結果、市民の弁護士へのアクセスに関して、使用頻度、事件の特性、利用者の社会経済的特性、行動上の特性、認知上の特性などの解明がおこなわれた。また、弁護士の有用性や弁護士にたいする満足度などの弁護士評価の実情も明らかにされた。
