Research Abstract

This research is the experimental study which aimed at clearing the conditions of seasonal workers in Hokkaido from the skill formation and the point of view of the employment. In other words, it is to clear the matter whether vocational training to the seasonal worker is effective for the whole year employment. By this report, the conditions of seasonal workers and some subjects were cleared through the investigation which lasts for three years.
In this report, seasonal worker's problems are being put in order with nine viewpoints.
The following that is introduced.
1.The outline of the seasonal workers in Hokkaido, 2. The family life of the seasonal workers, 3. The seasonal workers job and business another age structure, 4. The working conditions of the seasonal workers, 5. The wages, working conditions of the seasonal workers, 6. The employment of the seasonal workers and the actual condition of the personnel management, 7. The occupation career of the seasonal workers, and the seasonal worker policy of the national government, 8. The intention of the seasonal workers to the whole year employment, 9. The skill formation of the seasonal workers and winter skill up class system.
It is as the next to become clear through the above report.
It is not to be tied to the whole year employment only by the policy that national government carries out.
You must evaluate the fact which the usual policy to catch a seasonal workers from the viewpoint concerning a social policy shows the validity of that own for. The development of the employment policy that a seasonal workers can make a soft landing on is a future problem..
