Research Abstract |
As we utilized the data system, it became possible to execute the investigation in the fields of hygiene, medical care and welfare. But, as we found that the reliability of the data which the public organization has released is very low. In our research, by voronoi diagram, we made it possible to estimate the amount of service demand, by dealing with the amount of demand of each institution as an independent variable. When the demand quantity of each facility is not independence, it could recognize the necessity of the thing which is modeled concerning the distribution of arrival migration length. In our research, by making hospitals and welfare facilities into example, we used the geographic information system to find the appropriate provision of the institutions. In the system, density distribution of arrival migration length was drawn. In this research, we could find and verify the appropriate provision of each facility. However, when we examine the verification of the plural facilities, we found that it is important to make the variable with justifiability, as there are indefinite elements. In order to correspond to the complicated facility planning problems, we have to take indefinite elements and consider the related characteristic between each indefinite element. Taking indefinite elements and considering the related characteristics, we examined the areas. However, as there are too many indefinite elements in urban era, it was very hard to rearrange the elements and it was very difficult to appraise. From the research, it was suggested that it is very important to simulate constantly and consider the indefinite elements which relate to the structure of cities and function of facilities, such as earthquake disaster, economic fluctuations, and so on. This research suggests that it is very important to investigate the area from many different aspects and angles, and to plan comprehensive institutions scientifically based on objective data
