| Research Abstract |
In order to collect my years' research into Malory's texts under one cover, it was necessary to carry out research into textual variants of various kinds. As a consequence, I wrote four articles all. in English. One is concerned with the prefixed and non-prefixed words and was contributed to Journal of the College of Humanities in Chubu University. The second is corncerned with the definite and indefinite articles and the third with negative disjunctive connectives. They were published respectively in the U.K. and Slovakia. The fourth deals with the phenomenon of alliteration and will be included in the miscellany published in Korea in July, 2005.
In addition to the above, I published a booklet, in Japanese, entitled Thomas Malory's Arthurian Legend - The texts and Language - (Fubaisha, 2005). This is intended for non-specialists of Sir Thomas Malory.
