In this research, it aimed to find for endogenous determination factors of the city configurations, a Spatial Economic System of the city was modeled, and a theoretical analysis of the equilibrium land use pattern of the city under a certain technological condition (communication technology etc.) was done. Concretely, the equilibrium bid rent of occurred with two or more concentrated locations in the same metropolitan area of secondary center of the city or the same kind of firms approved by the multi point locations of the same firm was analyzed. A numerical model was made based on the theoretical analysis that centered on this bid rent function, and it analyzed it by the computer simulation based on it. alysis and result, the equilibrium city configuration in a complex space interaction in especially two dimension-space was analyzed, and a unique conclusion was obtained. Moreover, the deciding factor of an endogenous determined space structure of the city was analyzed based on parameters of transportation and the communication technology, etc. The correspondence of the equilibrium city configuration and the simulation result of the request of the theoretic model was examined, and the examination of a fundamental problem of the numerical simulation that was the break-up system was added again. In addition, transport and the advanced communications technology thought the one by the change in the parameter in the model, paid attention to advancement and the change in an actual city in transport and the communication technology, and tried the model's improvement centering on the selection of the parameter based on the appearance of a time series change in the spatial structure of the city. As a result, it was able to be confirmed that it could explain the land price structure in the city by the behavior according to the economic agent, and the equilibrium land use configuration of the various patterns of the linear similar configurations appeared in two dimension space as a result of each economic agent's interaction.
