Research Abstract

This study concerns the development direct current field type high-precise and wireless minute temperature sensor as contact type temperature sensor which can spatially separate temperature measuring element and temperature information readout circuit.
A knowledge got in this study in the following is shown.
・Optimum shape and configuration of the main component (temperature sensitive ferrite film, magnetic readout equipment (MI element), magnetic bias impression equipment, yoke) of the direct current field type high-precise and wireless minute temperature sensor were examined. Though as the result, it was not an optimum solution, it was possible to obtain rough tendency.
・The device which could remove the noise by the external magnetic field on real-time by using the microcomputer for the signal processing division minute, was produced experimentally.
・The distance of between temperature sensitive ferrite film and magnetic readout equipment reached the desired value (about 5 mm). However, … More data collection and theoretical analysis by the real machine will be continuously necessary, since it has not yet come to it in the identification of the optimum value.
・Measurement temperature resolution by this sensor was about 0.02℃, and it was not possible to come to 0.001℃ of the goal. However, the performance is equivalent to the resolution of commercial infrared sensor.
・The temperature dependency of temperature sensitive ferrite film may be improved by the magnetic bias control. Therefore, the effect of the magnetic bias was investigated using the simulator, and it was confirmed that it could not be widely controlled, though the temperature characteristic of temperature sensitive ferrite can be controlled to some extent. Then, the examination of the method for physically controlling the temperature characteristic of temperature sensitive ferrite film was started.
