Research Abstract

This research is crystallization from melt of an organic compound (saturated fat acid compound). 1)Thermodynamic quantification of solid-liquid equilibrium 2)Development of the solute distribution models 3)The relation between the flow operation of melt and whole shape of solidified crystal layer 4) The relation between the inner structure and nanometer size structure in the crystal layer are objected.
In the result of three years research, we have concluded the universal thermodynamic model of solid-liquid equilibrium, and the solute distribution coefficient that enables a quantitative prediction. An experimental, logical result of the research went up about the clarification of the relation between the flow operation of melt and whole of crystal shape, and the clarification of the relation between a surface, an internal structure of the hydrophobic crystal layer, and purity and the operation. In addition, the hydrophobic crystal layer was generated with crystal generation (PVD) from the evaporation vapor phase, and an experimental, logical result of the research went up in melt about the relation between purity and the crystal growth speed of the crystal layer.
