Research Abstract

)Transplantation of T-cell depleted bone marrow cells from BALB/c mice improved skin thickness by Tsk mice
)HGF gene transfection improved skin thickness by Tsk mice.
)Combination of bone marrow transplantation and HGF gene therapy significantly improved skin thickness by Tsk mice but did not improved pulmonary fibrosis.
)Transplantation of T-cell depleted bone marrow cells shifted immune responses from Th2 to Th1.
)Donor cells were engrafted at 2 weeks after transplantation, but were rejected at 4 weeks after transplantation.
