Research Abstract |
There are two methods in endoscopic treatment for various kinds of noplastic lesions. One is endoscopic mucosal resection and the other is laser therapy. Photodynamic treatment is belonging to the latter method. In 2003, we applied both methods to the more than 50 patients of early gastric cancer. All cases are cured endoscopically up to now. And we published several manuscripts in terms of endoscopic mucosal resection and laser therapy. In 2004, one of the high risk patients with lung cancer was treated by photodynamic methods. The lesion around B6 area of right bronchus was disappeared and is now preserving a good clinical status. It was verified that these treatments is most effective and less invasive for early or poor risk state of digestive and respiratory cancer patients.
