In this research, we made a survey of NPO activities to clarity "the educational power" of NPO for training of the staff as an integral part of the human cultivation systems of the community.
This report consists of five parts.
In the part I, the research made a verification that the community improvement activities was carried out for the vitality of the learning function of NPO in relation to reproduction/autonomous promotion of the community. The close cooperation with construction of a local autonomous system and NPO. local platform process of new cultivation system of men's ability, such as the technique of the stuff training which it let pass and the employment and regional vitalization which lead community business was clarified.
In the Part II, we considered about the subject of formation of the new specialty related to the work of social skill formation of the young people in social withdrawal and job assistance paying attention to the young people's support.
In the part III, staff training of NPO was verified from the viewpoint of qualification and special nature of the skill. It let develop of NPO aiming at formation, the specific nature of activities for environment.
In the pat IV we considered on the theoretical subjects in response to the definition of "educational power" of NPO, a practical possibility. and the partnership with local governments.
Part V treats the arguments on Germany, considered about staff training of social labor.
As mentioned above, in this research, the staff training carried by NPO was able to be regarded as "educational power" from viewpoint of a community improvement, social independence of the youth and a special qualifications of staff.
