Research Abstract

本年度は、Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS)のデータ解析を中心に行った。はじめに、クェーサーサンプルの2点相関関数を調べた。とくに、これまでにない大スケールのゆらぎを調べることにより、宇宙初期のバリオンの影響を調べた。クェーサーの数密度はそれほど大きくないので、はっきりしたバリオンのピークを見つけることはできなかったが、相関関数の全体的な振る舞いに影響を認めることができた。さらにそこから宇宙のダークエネルギーに対する制限を調べた。次に、銀河サンプルを用いて、私が以前発見した新たな統計量であるフーリエ位相の統計を解析した。N体シミュレーションによって作った擬似サンプルも解析して実際のデータの解析と比べることにより、この統計量の非線形領域での振舞いを詳細に調べた。これにより、新たな視点から分布の非ガウス性に関する情報を取り出すことに成功した。その結果、標準的な宇宙モデルによりデータが説明できることを示した。次に、大規模構造のトポロジー解析をSDSSデータに応用した。特に、非ガウス性の特徴を捉える非対称パラメータに着目して解析した。銀河の明るさなどへの依存性を注意深く解析した。
