We aimed to elucidate biosynthetic reaction mechanism of complex natural products. We succeeded in elucidating the details and structural basis of the biosynthetic machinery of various complex natural products such as telecidin B, calyculin A, antimycin, meroterpenoids, terpennoids, indole alkaloids, polyketides. We published the results in scientific journals.
