| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we developed two systems, each consisting of copyrighted works and related metadata. One is an image-data editor system that adds metadata, enabling the creation of derivative and inheritable works. The other is a system for the formation of commons on program works.
In class applications using the former system, we confirmed the degree of understanding of secondary works and that of Creative Commons licensing. Through simple exercises, we saw the level of understanding was low, but also that its improvement was promoted through the mutual confirmation of learners and explanation by instructors.
The latter system was shown to be effective not only for copyright learning but also programming learning for beginners, and was awarded a dissertation award.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
情報社会において，著作権教育の重要性は極めて高い。著作権教育は，単なる禁止教育や事例紹介に留まってはならず，創作者の独創的な表現を保護し，権利として認め，文化の発展を目指す社会的合意である著作権法を理解することが必須である。そのため，創作とは何かを明確に意識した著作権の学習が不可欠と考える。
著作物の多くは先人の成果を踏まえたものであり，創作性を意識した著作権教育を行うために，著作物間の関係性や関連データが，適切に参照できる仕組みが不可欠である。本研究では，これに有用なシステムを開発することができ，学習効果も確認できており，学術的意義及び社会的意義は高いと考える。
