Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we developed cancer antigen-loaded liposome-based nanocarrier systems integrated functional molecules for intracellular antigen delivery, activation of immune cells and cancel of immunosuppression. Integration of purposeful functional molecules for cancer immunotherapy to liposomes achieved the induction of antigen-specific immune responses and highly cancer therapeutic effect on tumor-bearing mice models. Therefore, these nanocarrier systems are promising as immunity-inducing systems for cancer immunotherapy.
