Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Via in vivo optogenetic experiments and neural tracings combined with immunohistochemistry, we identified central efferent pathways underlying sympathetic adjustments to exercise. A central efferent pathway responsible for excessive sympathoexcitation in heart failure was also found.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
