Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to develop measures of outpatient nursing support for chronic heart failure patients. In this study, we focused on promoting self-monitoring among chronic heart failure patients. We clarified the specialized outpatient nursing support offered by Certified Nurse Specialists in chronic heart failure nursing or Certified Nurses in chronic heart failure nursing. Through semi-structured interviews conducted using an interview guide, we demonstrated seven forms of outpatient nursing support for promoting self-monitoring among chronic heart failure patients.
