Outline of Annual Research Achievements

磁性材料の不確定性を考慮した電磁機器の設計・開発のためには,高速な電磁機器の電磁界解析手法が必要となる.近年では,圧粉磁心やマルチターンコイル等の非常に微細な構造を有した電磁機器(インダクタやモータ等)が増えてきている.微細構造しているため,これらをすべて考慮した電磁界解析は計算時間が長大となってしまう.
そこで,これらの微細な構造を考慮した高速な電磁界解析の開発のために,我々は均質化法と呼ばれる手法を用いて,研究を進めてきた.
まず,本年度は圧粉磁心に着目し研究を行った.圧粉磁心は,数10~数100マイクロメートルの磁性粒子の周りに絶縁膜を施し,その磁性粒子を圧縮成形することにより作られる.磁性粒子サイズが表皮厚よりも十分に小さければ,渦電流損失を防ぐことができ,かつ加工が容易であるため,近年,インダクタやリアクトルの他,回転機への使用が検討されている.
磁性粒子中の渦電流までを考慮した解析を有限要素法で行うために,個々の粒子を有限要素に分割すると,膨大な要素数を必要とする.この手法では磁性粒子を球と仮定し,Maxwell方程式を解析的に解くことで球の複素実効透磁率を求める.さらに,Ollendorffの式に求めた複素実効透磁率を代入することで,巨視的な複素実効透磁率(マクロ複素透磁率)を得る.マクロ複素透磁率は圧粉磁心コアの平均的な渦電流損失と近接効果による反磁界を含めた透磁率を表している.圧粉磁芯はマクロ複素透磁率を持つ均質材料としてモデル化できるため,有限要素法の要素数を大幅に削減できる.我々は本手法を時間領域解析を行えるように拡張を行った.この本手法は巨視的な複素実効透磁率をCauer型の図1に示すような等価回路とすることにより,時間領域解析を実現している.また,本手法を用いること今まで解析することのできなかった圧粉磁心の非線形性を有した電磁界解析を行うことができた.
