Outline of Annual Research Achievements

大域的対称性をゲージ対称性へ昇格させる際の障害として現れる't Hooftアノマリーは、場の量子論の赤外理論を研究する上での強力なツールとして知らている。近年の急速な発展により、アノマリー整合の議論をもちいて場の量子論の新たな非摂動的側面が明らかになることが期待されている。
今年度の研究ではアノマリー整合条件を用いて、't Hooftアノマリーとグローバルインコンシシステンシーの帰結を詳細に議論した。ここでグローバルインコンシシステンシーとは、大域的対称性をゲージ化する際に現れる't Hooftアノマリーと異なるタイプの障害であり,我々の研究でグローバルインコンシシステンシーに対する正確な整合条件が場の量子論の一般的な状況下で提案された。さらにその提案の妥当性を確認するため,我々はトポロジカル項を持ついくつかの量子力学系で我々の提案した整合条件が確かに満たされていることを確認した。また,我々はアノマリーを用いた非摂動解析の手法をバイファンダメンタルゲージ理論、量子色力学(QCD)に適用し、それらの理論の真空構造、相構造を詳細に調べた。
これらの研究内容をもとに共同研究者と三本の論文を執筆し、それらは雑誌に掲載済みである.さらに上記に述べた研究とは独立に,ワイル半金属における新たな輸送現象に関しても一本の論文を執筆した.
今年度の研究は,昨年度に引き続き,教授Dmitri Kharzeevのもとでの指導委託により,4/1-11/31にわたりStony Brook大学で研究を行った.滞在先の米国では本年度の研究成果をもとに複数のセミナーを行った.日本国内でも研究会・学会での発表に加え,複数の大学・研究機関でセミナー,議論を行った.
