Outline of Annual Research Achievements

平成30年度は、研究の最終年度として、職場環境が労働者の身体活動量、および心理的ストレス反応に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることを目的とした介入研究を完了し、研究結果をまとめた。
採用第1年目、および2年目に実施した尺度開発研究、および縦断調査研究の結果にもとづき、職場の環境調整を伴う身体活動促進プログラムを開発した。そのプログラムの効果を検証するために、日本の事業所、および労働者を対象としたクラスター無作為化比較試験を実施した。
クラスター無作為化比較試験は、平成28年に東京大学大学院医学系研究科・医学部倫理審査委員会の承認を得た。また、この研究はUMIN臨床試験登録システムに登録されている（ID=UMIN000024069）。試験は平成28年6月から研究参加事業所の募集を開始し、全8事業所、および190名の労働者からの協力を得た。事前調査を平成28年12月より開始し、平成29年3月～6月に介入3ヶ月後調査、および平成29年6月～9月に介入6ヶ月後調査を実施し、終了した。
研究成果として、この研究内容を平成29年8月にメキシコで開催された国際学会で発表した。また、研究のプロトコルを査読付き論文として英文誌に発表した。さらに、研究結果は東京大学大学院医学系研究科の博士論文としてまとめたほか、現在、英文誌へ投稿済みである。
当該研究に関連して、職場の心理社会的要因が労働者のメタボリックシンドローム発症に及ぼす影響を検討するための系統的レビューを実施し、そのプロトコル論文を査読付き論文として英文誌に発表した。また、スマートフォンゲームアプリ「Pokemon GO」をプレイすることと労働者のメンタルヘルスとの関連を検討した研究を、査読付き論文として英文誌に発表した。
