Outline of Annual Research Achievements

1．記憶検索による許しの促進を目指す研究
ここまでの研究を通して，加害者についての記憶の検索方法が，怒りの記憶形成に関与する可能性が示された。具体的には，加害者と結びつけられた負の情動記憶の検索が，怒りの記憶を助長するというものである。そこで本研究では，加害者と意図的に結びつけた正の情動記憶を反復的に検索することが，怒りの記憶形成を妨げ，許しを促進する可能性について検討をおこなった。実験では，対連合学習課題と怒り誘導課題，そしてThink/No-Think課題を使用した。対連合学習課題では，実験協力者4名と情動価をもつ単語刺激を結びつけて記憶するように教示を与えた。そして，4名のうちの1名が加害者の役割を担い，被験者の怒りを誘導した。その後，TNT課題を実施し，正の情動価を持つ単語刺激を反復的に想起することが，怒りの軽減につながるのかを検討した。
2．ストレス制御の神経ダイナミクス
前部帯状回は，痛みや高い認知負荷，そして負の情動といったストレスに対して反応し，行動を適切は方向に切り換える司令塔の役割を果たすと考えられている。しかしながら，前部帯状回が，ストレスの種類に応じて，適切な脳領域にはたらきかける神経ダイナミクスを示した研究は数少ない。そこで，本研究では，痛みと認知負荷といった２種類のストレスを操作し，それぞれのストレス下で，前部帯状回がどのように他の脳領域に作用するのかを検討した。その結果，前部帯状回の背側部は，痛みと認知負荷の両者に対して反応し，２種類が組み合わさると活動が相乗的に増加したことから，ストレス全般に反応する領域であることが示された。一方で，前部帯状回の腹側部は，ストレス状況に応じて異なる脳部位と協調的活動を示し，特に扁桃体や海馬との間でストレス依存的な協調パタンを示したことから，前部帯状回腹側部が，ストレス依存的な認知行動制御に関わることが示された。
