Outline of Annual Research Achievements

初年度の当初計画通り、3人×10グループの収録済みデータを整備しつつ、さらに3人×10グループの新規データを収録した。会話カテゴリとして、好みの食べ物について話すなどの自由会話と、無人島に何を持っていくかを決めるなどのサバイバル課題を行う目的会話を設定し、日本人による日本語会話と英語会話を収録した。日本語会話、英語会話ともに、先に収録した10グループに新規収録の10グループを加えた20グループについて、目的会話に関してTraumの体系に準拠した発話機能ラベリングを行った。さらに、これらのデータに基づいて、各発話機能カテゴリごとの聞き手から話者への注視量を日本語会話と英語会話の場合について比較する予備的検討を行った。分析の結果、英語会話では日本語会話の場合に比べ、新規情報が追加される発話において聞き手が話者をより多く注視している傾向が観察された。この結果は、第2言語会話では会話能力の欠如を補うための視覚情報をより多く得るために、聞き手は話者をより多く見ている可能性が示唆されているものと考えられる。この結果に関する論文は、言語コーパス分析に関する国際会議 10th Edition of the Language Resources and Evaluation Conference (LREC2016) に採択され、2016年5月27日に発表を行った。また、現在話者から聞き手への注視についてのデータを含めた解析を行っており、この結果についても国内及び国際会議での発表を検討中である。
