Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. are widely used as information sharing tool. These social media are drawing attention as a research platform to understand the emergent dynamics of collective behavior and group attention. In this research, we focused on "tags" and developed a mathematical model on how new tags are created and used and conducted detailed analysis to understand their dynamics.
