Median mercury concentration in liver of 10 adult small Indian mongooses(male and female samples were each five) was 37.0 ppm (dry weight basis) (Min-Max: 9.30-318 ppm DW). Next, we trfind a gene which expresses strong with increase of mercury level in the liver.
