| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
就労者のみならず病気療養中の家庭を支える役割を担っている保育所は重要な社会資源の一つである。これまで我が国において保育士に焦点をあてた先行研究は少なかった。保育士の労働環境のみならず、営む家庭状況も考慮した分析を行った。本研究の成果は統計資料としても重要である。また、制度変革期に行えた研究であることより、保育士の現状を捉えることが出来たことにも意義があった。
