| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
As a result of this research, we have shown a process model that enhances the psychological function by organizing the concepts for understanding the resiliency among the researchers as well as the school staff who request the cooperation between the research co-workers and the target school. Furthermore, it was suggested that the application of the psychological concept which approximates resiliency is possible, considering the difference with the psychological concept which approximates. In addition, the mechanism of resilience has become clear that maintaining the psychological function that enhances resiliency maintains a high sense of life satisfaction even under stressed conditions. In addition, it has become clear from a three-year longitudinal survey that it contributes to creating a resilience situation by creating a school engagement situation in school education.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
レジリエンスの育成は，誰もが傷つきダメージを受けるという現実を反映し，そこから立ち直る力を育成することであり，ストレスに対するハーディネスやブルネラビリティ概念より学校生活の実際に近い現象を示していることから，学校生活で苦戦し家庭で苦慮している学齢期の子どもたちを前向きに活力を持って生活する力を持たせることが期待できるものである。また，学校教育現場で学齢期の子どもたちの学校適応のみならず，望ましい発達に寄与する新たな支援方法を提供するものである。さらに，レジリエンスの育成は，学校教育だけでなく様々なヒューマンサービス分野において活用可能な支援方法を提供することが可能である。
